Descriptions

Morning Shine comes from the Bourbon region that specialises in natural processing. The Bourbon region is notable for its unique scenery created by the fall of two volcanoes, resulting in the formation of a vast crater. The soil from this region is rich in volcanic elements and has a high nitrogen content, making it ideal for growing outstanding coffee cherries.

Morning Shine is our best sellers as it suits the taste buds of Asians, it brings very nice combination of chocolaty and buttery taste, plus most important of all, very low acidity for a Arabica bean.
